You know, it really feels like everywhere we turn, life is hard. If you’re single, it’s tough. Married? Also tough. Got kids? That’s a challenge. No kids? Same thing. Working or not working, sick or healthy … it’s like there’s no escape from the struggle.
So, what if the problem isn’t that we’re doing something wrong? What if this messiness is just part of what makes life real?
There’s a verse I love, Ecclesiastes 3:11, where it says God “has made everything beautiful in its time.” I think that means the season you’re in, right now, even if it’s imperfect, has its own kind of beauty.
Maybe you’re not in the perfect place. Maybe your life isn’t picture-perfect on paper or anywhere else. Maybe you’re not with the perfect person or living the “perfect” version of yourself. And that’s okay.
The truth is, happiness isn’t about hitting some perfect moment down the road. It’s about being able to say yes to where you are right now. To embrace your season, even with all its flaws and struggles.
Because this moment, your life right here, is exactly where you’re supposed to be. And that’s something really beautiful.
