Always a refreshing read from you. I just love how reflective, thoughtful, and sincere you are. It's so beautiful to witness how you shine those qualities across all your posts.
BTW, the only kind of teas I know is bournvita and chocomilo 😆 🤣 😂 but I'll take your recommendations seriously.
This speaks to me deeply. Beauty isn’t something we chase, it’s something we support from within. I love the gentle reminder that simple, nourishing habits like tea can be both grounding and healing. Thank you for sharing this.
This is so beautifully written—thank you for sharing such thoughtful, heartfelt insight. I love how you tied inner wellness to honoring our bodies and spirit.
Excited to explore the teas and take better care from the inside out. 🍵
the British loooove tea and I only started drinking it this past year! I didn’t know all the benefits before so thank you- now I know what to get that’s not just Twinings haha
This was such a refreshing read! I love tea, I really didn’t value its benefits until I started battling chronic illness. I have learned that raspberry tea with a heated blanket can do wonders during your cycle.
You definitely gave me some points to ponder with this post. May God continue to bless your Substack ministry. ♥️
Thanks for the reminder! This is beautiful written. I agree that taking care of the self shines through. I like what Roald Dhal wrote about in his books for children, especially in the twits, about how your thoughts can make you beautiful or ugly and I think this is also true! So when we are praying and living a life close to God we actually look more beautiful to others as our thoughts are on the creator!

Absolutely! Thank you Lizzie. Now you have inspired me to research some Ronald Dhal. Might write about that next 😄
